Original caserecce, a typical kind of pasta flavoured with turmeric and cuttlefish ink added to the dough. Caserecce is a kind of pasta originally from Sicily and the name refers to their origin, as they are homemade by housewives. They are quite long and have a curved shape that enables them to collect the sauce. They have a smooth and porous texture that holds the sauce. Ideal as main course seasoned only with extra virgin olive oil, or enriched with a tasty sauce. Superb with butter with garlic, or with a particular sauce with vegetables or fish.

Kind of Pasta: durum wheat flour, long pasta

Cooking time: 9 min.

Ingredients: Durum wheat semolina, water, cuttlefish black ink curcuma 2%. Contains Gluten.
