Truffle is originally from Langhe, a region in Piedmont that over time has established its primate for the fine handcrafted products and the attention and quality for the raw materials. Its taste is outstanding and added to olive oil, it intensifies simple traditional tastes and guarantees a unique result. It is the ideal dressing for raw meat dishes and egg pasta. Light and easy to use, this oil gives a truffle aroma to every recipe.
