Particular and tasty tomato sauce with porcini mushrooms and Garessine chestnuts. It is ideal to season tagliolini or polenta and to enhance bruschetta, a toasted bread topped with oil and chopped tomatoes. Porcini mushrooms and chestnuts from the woods surrounding Garessio, a small town near Cuneo, are typical products and exquisite excellences of the Piedmont area.

Region of Origin: Piedmont.

Ingredients: chopped tomatoes 67%, olive oil, onions, rehydrated porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and related group) 6,7%, rehydrated garessine chestnuts 2,7%, salt, parsley, sugar, champignon mushrooms, garlic, laurel.

Allergens: Absent. Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Nuts, Mollusc, Soy, Milk, Celery, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C.

Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
