Egg pasta with tomato and spinach, coloured with natural ingredients. This pasta is connected to the Italian culinary tradition, it is made of selected eggs and of all the best ingredients to achieve an outstanding result. Tagliolini are prepared following an old Piedmontese recipe. After cooking them in boiling salted water for a short time, you can try them only with butter or extra olive oil and Parmigiano Reggiano, or with vegetable sauces.
