Strozzapreti are traditionally from the centre of Italy. They look like small tubes and their name suggests priests’ gluttony and the fact that they are not easy to consume because of their size. Delicious, tasty three colour strozzapreti pasta, perfect to give a touch of colour and happiness to any recipe. This pasta is coloured with natural ingredients - vegetables added to the dough - and is wonderful with tomato sauces with meat, such as ragout, or vegetables.

Cascina San Cassiano produces high quality food through a strict selection of Italian raw materials and in the '90s it established its first headquarters in an old Benedictine abbey.
