High quality Seasoning made with Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia, ideal to season salads, vegetables and to enhance omelettes.

Valuable and very balanced seasoning, wonderful to accompany salads instead of the more traditional vinegar, to enhance the flavour of raw or cooked vegetables, or to embellish elaborate or simple omelettes. The difference between this product and the Traditional Balsamic Vinegar P.D.O. lies in the lower ageing times which make it a product of equally good quality even though less elaborate and less demanding from a gastronomic point of view.

Region of Origin: Emilia Romagna

Ingredients: 100% cooked grape must obtained from grape must, cooked at direct source of heat and at atmospheric pressure.

Allergens: Contains non added Sulphites.

Store in a fresh and dry place at a temperature not exceeding 35°C.
