In the best tradition of Langhe, in Piedmont, tender meats seasoned with olive oil and precious Barolo wine that enhances their flavour. The sausages are handmade in the traditional way, using only Piedmontese swine of first choice meat, hand peeled, and preserved in a glass pot with high quality olive oil. They are wonderful as an appetizer or second course, or as a special starter.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients: Salami (pork, salt, sugars: dextrose, Barolo wine 1%, natural flavours, spices, antioxidant: E316, preservative agents:E252, E250), olive oil 50%.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
