In the best tradition of Langhe, in Piedmont, tender meats seasoned with olive oil and precious black truffle (Tuber Aestivum) that enhances their flavour. The sausages are handmade in the traditional way, using only Piedmontese swine first choice meats, hand peeled, and preserved in a glass pot with high quality olive oil. They are wonderful as an appetizer or side dish, or as a special starter.

Region of Origin: Piedmont.

Ingredients: Salami (pork, salt, sugars: dextrose, red wine, natural flavourings, spices, antioxidant: E316, preservative agents: E252, E250), olive oil 50%, black truffle (Tuber Aestivum) 1%, flavouring.

Allergens: Absent.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
