Pleasant sauce with red radicchio, it has a creamy texture and is delicious as an accompaniment to raw vegetables such as carrots or celery. Good to enrich red meat or light fish without covering their taste, it is also delicious spread on toasted bread or on bruschetta.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients: red radicchio 35,4%, olive oil, Cashew-Nuts, red wine, vinegar, salt, sugar, acidifying agent: citric acid, spices, rosemary extract antioxidant, aromas.

Allergens: Nuts (cashew-nuts). Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Nuts, Celery, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
