Excellent and typical Taggiasca olives in high quality olive oil, coming from the Ligurian Riviera. Olives are pitted, put in glass jar and covered with extra virgin olive oil. This kind of olive is a small percentage of the Italian national production: so it is a rather rare and precious product. Olives of Taggiasca quality are very tasty and rich  in olive oil, and they have a unique taste and a refined flavour. They are wonderful both as an aperitif and to enhance the flavour of salads or fish courses. Ideal with special meat courses, such as boiled meat or the Ligurian rabbit, or to accompany pasta dishes such as paccheri or fusilli with tomato sauce.
