This soft cream is made of “Madernassa” pears and cocoa, to taste as dessert or to dress fruit salads, cakes, ice-creams and yogurt. Excellent for breakfast or snack or to fill sweets and desserts. Perfect to spread on bread or biscuits, with crepes and cakes. Ideal with fruit in syrup, amaretto, Moscato mousse, mixed berries and IGP Piedmontese nuts mousse, nuts and cocoa cream.
