This is a white pasta by organic farming, tasty but delicate, and you can try it with different sauces (Genoese pesto, pistachio pesto, tomato sauce, walnut sauce...) or aromatised butters, or other seasonings such as a artichoke sauce enriched with sausage, or the classic Sorrentina sauce, or many others as aubergines and ricotta cheese, meat sauce or pesto sauce.
