With a mild and very pleasant flavour and an amber colour, the wildflower honey combines perfectly with desserts and puddings. Ideal to decorate main courses of meat or fish and croutons and to flavour pasta dishes. It's wonderful with more seasoned cheeses such as brie, fontina, gorgonzola, goats and taleggio cheese or even with walnuts and natural yoghurt. Finally, it is delicious to taste alone or with cookies, fruit salad in syrup, hazelnut cake, nuts and cocoa cream, to prepare delicious muffins or to sweeten tea or milk or spread on crispy bread for a light breakfast.

Ghigo Miranda farm is located in Bagnolo Piemonte, in the centre of Cuneo province, in Piedmont. It is a small producer with a strong family tradition that is handed down from generation to generation, from mother to son. The honey is natural, obtained according to a thorough process, like they used to, in a laboratory close to the owners, and it has all the genuineness enclosed in a glass jar.
