This kind of pesto, made with a special and valuable variety of Langhe hazelnuts (Tonda Gentile Trilobata), is the Piedmontese version of the Genoese pesto sauce. Hazelnuts are the main ingredient and the predominant note, and give a special touch to pasta dishes. The hazelnut pesto is particularly suitable as an accompaniment for delicate egg pasta, such as tagliolini.

Region of Origin: Langhe (Piedmont)

Ingredients: Roasted Hazelnuts Tonda Gentile Trilobata variety 40%, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, cocoa butter, safflower oil), Cashew-Nuts, sunflower seed oil, Cream in powder, salt, lactic acid, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

Allergens: Milk and dairy products, Nuts (Hazelnuts, Cashew Nuts). Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Nuts, Celery, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
