Whole fruit Italian mostarda, made of candied fruit - pears and cherries - placed in water, sugar and English mustard. The Italian mostarda is a sweet and sour preparation of fruit and mustard seeds, different from the English mustard which is made from mustard seeds and wheat. Its taste is ideal for meat courses, especially boiled and roasted meat, or with semi-seasoned cheese.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients: candied pears and cherries (pears and cherries in variable proportion), sugar, glucose syrup, aroma mustard, antioxidant: Sulphur Dioxide, colouring (in cherries): E127

Allergens: Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
