Tasty gravy prepared with fine meat extracts and enriched with Barolo wine, one of the undisputed prides of the Piedmont area. This seasoning is wonderful to enrich egg pasta and some special risottos. The alcoholic nuances are well matched with the full-bodied roast, enhancing its flavour.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients:  water, sunflower oil, Butter, carrot, onion, Celery, white wine, vegetable fiber, corn starch, grainy extracts 1,5% (salt, meat extracts, Lactose, vegetable extracts, sunflower oil, vegetables in variable portion. Contains Celery), double concentrated tomato paste, Barolo wine docg 1%, thickener: guar seed flour, malt (contains Gluten), spices, salt, acidifying agent: lactic acid.

Allergens: Milk and Dairy Products, Celery, Gluten. Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Nuts, Celery, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
