Bio seasoning extra virgin olive oil garlic scented. This is a seasoning oil. The starting raw material is the extra virgin olive oil which is flavoured, in a second instance, with selected essences in order to intensify food's features. Garlic is commonly used in cookery because of its features, its typical scents and its intense and embracing flavour that brings out the traditional Mediterranean tastes. Its scent, made from essential oils of selected plants grown in Puglia, enriches the olive oil making it appetizing.

It's wonderful to dress the traditional Italian pizza, cous cous, legumes or just used in its purity to season fish soups, bruschette or crispy bread or meat sauces, grilled and steamed fish, barbeque meat, roasts and stews. Perfect also on the unavoidable bruschetta.
