One of the most sophisticated ingredients that joins the traditional pasta and conveys a unique taste. Tagliolini are prepared following an old Piedmontese recipe (manually cut and “nested” before packed) and aromatised with truffle which is added to the dough. You can taste tagliolini, after cooking them in boiling salted water for a short time, with butter or extra olive oil and parmigiano reggiano. If you prefer a stronger flavour, you can taste them with meat sauce, pesto and aromatised butters. They are packed in a case, to preserve their integrity and freshness.
