Egg pasta and spinach, coloured with natural ingredients. It is delightful when seasoned with tomato sauces, meat or vegetables. We also suggest serving it with butter only or with a little extra virgin oil or truffle olive oil. In its simplicity, this kind of pasta enhances the Italian culinary tradition: pappardelle belong to the Tuscan tradition and are similar to tagliatelle, but they have a larger size.
