Chili peppers stuffed with anchovy fillet and whole capers in olive oil.

Small and delicious hand-stuffed peppers with anchovies and capers. The vegetables are then placed in glass jars and covered with sunflower oil. This is a very special combination that recalls Meditarranean flavours and the Mediterranean diet. Delicious as a side dish, as an appetizer or served with aperitifs. Wonderful to garnish slices of bread.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients: Olive oil, sunflower oil, peppers 34%, Anchovies 14%, capers 4%, wine vinegar, sugar, acidifying agent: citric acid.

Allergens: Fish (Anchovies).

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
