Salty Piedmontese butter meets fine truffles from Alba in a unique result and a delicious flavour. This kind of butter, served at room temperature, is ideal to season simple pasta or egg pasta, like the classic tagliolini, to which truffle gives a nuance of enveloping completeness. In Italy truffle is known for its use in the most simple dishes, such as traditional pasta with butter, therefore this is a succesful union.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients: Concentrated Butter from Italian milk, truffle (Tuber aestivum) 7%, alcohol, flavouring

Allergens: Milk and Dairy Products. Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Soy, Milk, Nuts, Celery, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
