Typical tagliatelle with an unmistakable taste and delicate shade enriched with the taste of Barolo wine. Barolo, one of the greatest prides of Piedmont, added to the dough makes this pasta unique and conveys a refined flavour: the alcohol aftertaste disappears to leave space to the vanilla-flavoured and floral notes. Leave them in boiling salted water for a few minutes, then you can taste them with butter or extra virgin olive oil and parmigiano reggiano. You can also try them with a more consistent and tasty dressing such as truffle butter, or a particular meat sauce as the one made using pheasant or boar meat.
