Jellied preparation made with fine balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP, prepared following an original and modern recipe. An excellent delicacy, to taste with fresh cheeses, ice cream, fruit salads and desserts.

Region of Origin Emilia Romagna

Ingredients: Cane sugar, balsamic vinegar of Modena IGP 19% (contains Sulphites), grape must, water, gelling agent: fruit pectin, flavouring.

Allergens: Sulphites. Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Nuts, Mollusc, Celery, Mustard.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
