These apricots are from Costigliole Saluzzo zone. They are daily processed, washed and manually placed in vases, without cutting them in order to preserve their taste and consistency. The syrup, made of water and brown sugar, makes them soft, juicy and ideal for several preparations. Great for fruit salads, cakes, desserts or in addition to ice-cream sweets.
