Tasty anchovy fillets in olive oil flavoured with black truffles from Alba, which give a unique taste to this product. The truffle enhances and enriches indeed the taste of anchovies. They are wonderful as a starter, to prepare sandwiches and simply with slices of bread, or served as an appetizer or a side dish with fresh cheese and semi-seasoned cheese.

Region of Origin: Piedmont

Ingredients: Anchovy fillets 55%, olive oil 43%, black truffle (Tuber aestivum) 2%, flavouring, salt.

Allergens: Fish

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
