Tasty beef sauce, prepared with the Albese traditional recipe, with olive oil, onions, carrots, celery, garlic, parsley and white wine. Ideal with tagliolini or toasted bread with meat sauce and parmigiano reggiano. The beef comes from animals that were born in Italy (Piedmont). An exquisite excellence of the Piedmont area and Alba in particular.

Region of Origin: Alba (Piedmont)

Ingredients: Bovine meat 35%, olive oil, white wine, onions, carrots, Celery, dried tomatoes, concentrated tomato, maize starch, salt, yeast extracts, spices, antioxidant: rosemary extract.

Allergens: Celery. Produced in a factory that uses: Fish, Eggs, Nuts, Mollusc, Soy, Milk, Celery, Mustard, Sulphur Dioxide.

Store in a dry place at a temperature not exceeding 28°C. Once opened, keep in the fridge not more than 3 days.
