Fragrant and delicate, with a light straw color, acacia honey is an excellent tonic with remarkable detoxifying properties. It is the most wanted, the most valued and the best known. It is made from the black locust and has a light scent and a delicate taste. Ideal to sweeten beverages and desserts, for enriching yoghurt and fruit salads or in combination with main courses of meat or fish. Delicious to taste alone or to accompany goat cheese.

Ghigo Miranda farm is located in Bagnolo Piemonte, in the centre of Cuneo province, in Piedmont. It is a small producer with a strong family tradition that is handed down from generation to generation, from mother to son. The honey is natural, obtained according to a thorough process, like they used to, in a laboratory close to the owners, and it has all the genuineness enclosed in a glass jar.
